Obama has shackles on our economic recovery....I'm beginning to think Obama enjoys putting all American's in some kind of economic shackle.....just look at all of his political actions....
According to the company's study these are the jobs the pipeline would have created: 138 dentists, 176 dental hygienists, 100 librarians, 510 bread bakers, 448 clergy, 154 stenographers, 865 hairdressers, 136 manicurists, 110 shampooers, 65 farmers and 1,714 bartenders. According to all reliable studies done by companies that are NOT the pipeline, there would have been 4,000 to 6,000 jobs created during construction of the pipeline and about 400 permanent jobs along the pipeline route. Why don't you write your congressmen about the jobs bill they killed earlier this year or the 80 jobs bills that never made it to the floor. We have gained jobs every month this president has been in office, although the gain was small in some months, but still moving us forward. We lost 760,000 jobs the last month Bush was in office. The states are seeing increasing revenues -- funny how quiet all of you Obama haters are being about these seeds of growth from our worst recession since the great depression, brought on by the Bush presidency, or perhaps you're too busy hating to notice. It is not in our national interest because it builds an environmentally disasterous pipeline across America to Texas for refining and then onto the ocean blue. Meanwhile, China has put another billion dollars into solar energy in America while we twiddle our thumbs.
the problem isn't Texas, the problem is Nebraska with the ill fated decision to route the pipeline over an aquifer that is very shallow meaning it is very susceptible to environmental contamination.
Where is the real fight? We have thousands of criminals lose and the evidence sits waiting for the DOJ to act.
