Yes it is! THIS REALLY shocked me! I'm posting this on a black Macbook I bought in 2007. Minus playing computer games, this is the BEST investment I could EVER possibly spend money on. Seriously.
And, yet, another reason not to believe in gods. No reason whatsoever to take away from us people who've done so much good.
Thank you, Steve, thank you for making this a better world.
Rest In Peace, Steve. Your company's products changed my Life , very much for the better. Nowadays, I make my income independent of a W-2 employee job, partially made possible due to the MacBookPro which is my Everything Office, and the iPod that I use as a learning tool to play back instructional recordings.
I love you for putting out the effort to put your Apple team together.
You are one tough guy, Steve. I am so sad for your suffering. Thank you. :(
Now, Scully can start bad mouthing Jobs, again. This time to steal his legacy.
Scully is already busy at work formulating another revisionist book where he'll claim they were on good-buddy terms, collaborated on Apple products, and Jobs' back-stabbing wounds were really scars from surfing the Web too often.
Wow....my sincerest thanks to you Steve and Apple. Just to think of the places we've gone - the experiences we've had - the adventures yet to be written...all thanks to your vision and desire to take us along with you.
I hope you had a fantastic estate lawyer?! Obama and the rest of the Tax the Rich folks who live and breath MSNBC (Lowest Rated News Network) want your $$$$$$$$$$$$$ even though you've past on....
I have always admired Steve Jobs, the study of Hinduism, The Buddha, LSD and other studies that did not fit he straight jacket of common academia. I am at a loss for my most heartfelt feelings - 56 to young much too young -
I respect Steve Jobs. He had BOATLOADS of money, and he knew he was going to die. He's had cancer for 7 years and obviously knew his prognosis.
He could have stepped down from Apple years ago and spent his money traveling the world, buying ridiculous @!$%#, and living it up until his last day. Or he could have invested all of his fortune into trying to keep himself alive, or finding a way...
Instead, he stayed in position until he could no longer do his job to the fullest of his capabilities. He retired less than TWO MONTHS before cancer took his life. He had to have been doing pretty poorly, yet kept doing what he loved to do until his body literally wouldn't allow him to any longer.
I'm not the biggest fan of Apple products or their business practices, but I do think that Steve Jobs was a very loyal and hardworking man. And for that I respect him.
Steve Jobs was recently referred to as the Edison of our time. He made the world a better place, he will be sorely missed. He was truly an incredible human being and a great man. One of the giants of our time. R.I.P. Steve Jobs, you will be missed by many and remembered fondly. My condolences to the Jobs family. Steve Jobs was truly a legend.
I'm a Christian, and I find Rob's remark to be seriously cruel and off-base. While I believe there is a hell, I think it is wise to leave the final judging to God-certainly none of us knows a person's heart at the moment of their death nor are we capable of judging it!
Hope you're right.....it was my mistake to judge.....only God knows the heart......So very true!!!! I stand corrected as I wish Mr. Jobs no ill.
But "seen too much" if you would please help us all understand who goes to Heaven and who doesn't......please reply.....I would like some further instruction.... Thanks in advance - Rob
Rob-787413, starfox7000, Olias of Sunhillow ....... those are quite literally some of the most immature, callous, hate-filled, & just purely ignorant words I've seen posted on Newsvine during the several years I have frequented this site.
I WOULD say that you three, plus all others using a death as a platform for your discrimination-laced hatred & personal agendas, SHOULD be highly ashamed of your actions, & shamed by their disgusting appearence in a discussion of this type of topic. But I know that you aren't, and will never be.
Just as Jobs was a perfect example of just how HIGH a person can get in society, largely due to their own intelligence, vision, & will ....... people like you are a perfect example of just how dispicably LOW a person can place themselves in society, again by their own actions & attitude. But you don't really care, do you? Your type of selfishness somehow brings joy & happiness to your tiny world, through some form of bizarre, backwards process which only people like you truly understand. Happily however, your type is a VERY tiny percentage of the human race.
I'm definitely not an Apple-guy, much preferring good 'ole PC's. But I do highly respect Jobs as a businessman & visionary, and also respect Apple as a company always at the leading edge of technology, represented by excellent products.
Saddly, is death was not a surprise to me. I privately predicted, the day he stepped down, that this would happen very soon. His type of hard-charging & success-driven personality simply will NOT do what he did unless something VERY serious is happening in his private life. That "serious" happening was that Job's knew he was dieing ..... sooner, rather than later.
One more proof that all the money in the world, all the power, the strongest will a person can possess, can only acquire health & life up to a certain point. Once that fine edge is crossed, it's in someone or something else's hands, not your own. The only thing you can do then is make things right with family, friends, enemies if you choose, and your belief if you have one ..... and try to take your mind off of what will soon happen, so the knowing of that won't make your last days a total & complete bottomless well of depression.
So sad, but it's coming for every single person who has ever been born ..... hopefully a very long time in the future. And lastly, referring back to how this post began, it will never be known to me why some few people choose to fill their short life with hate & bigotry. But I guess if that's all they know how to do, then that's the only way-of-life which is meaning for them.
I'm 56 & I don't feel so young - most of my friends ain't looking all that good either..lol.
There is an entire cult world of iFans - not many reach such levels. Then there are the 54% of us still using XP. Should I join the cult - I don't even know the name of their operating system - if it works like iTunes, I won't be happy haha.
He died because cancer treatment does not work as well as the medical community would have you believe. The way cancer success is recorded and assessed has bias and the research is far from complete. There are outspoken people saying that the cancer treatments will record success even when there was no cancer. I keep reading stories about how the cancer was treated and the person was told they are clear and then they die.
The people like Steve jobs could have survived if more research had been done. Alot of people think its just luck or something magical to find the cure. No its hard work. Someone has to spend the time , money and effort to find these cures. That is an economic term called opportunity cost. An example of bad practice but not the only one is when NASA kept the space shuttle flying at cost of 140 billion or more over its history. Some of this money could of went into other science that could of led to a cure. The selfish people in NASA did not do this. Thats why we need trasparency about why decisions were made. Thats why CEO pay does matter.
THis is the problem in politics is the rich people are for the most part stupid though forunate to get the money. This stupidity comes up in the GFC. The best and brightest minds that money could buy could only acheive stealing trillions of dollars. Thats it. The havard, berkely, standford, MIt, Yale graduates all aspire to white collar crime.
Will steve jobs passing make any difference at all? Not in my life. Sure the ipad and iphone are nice. Though the injustice continues.
How? I have inside information on what happens in corporate world. This how it works. Ill make up an example to make it clear.
Company A is doing well. Its got patents and a great product. The corrupted board puts in a new CEO. This CEO with his huge pay ( renumeration) starts out sourcing the work. Not just to anyone. To the corrupt board of directors and friends. They get all kinds of other companies to make pard of the product and do all kinds of mundane services. These are not cost savings even though they pretend they are. They juggle the books to make things look more expensive inhouse. The auditor is an idiot and can't see it and does not want to see. He wants the work.
Suddenly without doing much different the companies costs have increased and the profit is down. The shares go down. The critical thing here is to work out the ploy of the CEO and other cronies. Either way they cant lose. If the shares go down they can fix the company both ways. They can milk it and pushing down the stock and then make it work again.
The corporations law does not see these issues and ploys. The ploy of transfer pricing and conflicts of interest are not regulated enough. Actions speak louder then words. These actions can be detected.
I am not sadden by his passing because he had the power to change things unlike most of us. We can say a few things but without money we can not do very much at all. Its not as hard as they want you to believe.
This is why politics is important. Alot of good people do not want to go into politics.
Steve you got what you deserve. You had the power to speak up and change the politics and but you chose not too. I do not feel any sadness at all.
I guess we can thank you for taking the moral High Road....
You know if I really believe there is a place called Hell and did nothing to warn others of it.... then that would be truly hateful...indeed!
I'm not without sin nor am I not above making possibly a comment that I would erase if I could....but you can't erase things....so you have to reap what you sow....guess you never made that mistake in life....either?
I'm just glad that Jesus died for all my sins.....and If I would of been the only my sins He had to die for.......then that act alone (I can assure you) would of been cause enough, for Him to sweet great drops of blood....
No Hate here......maybe just some insensitivity once in a while....but no hate.
But you know what.......I'll admit I'm the one who deserves death and Hellfire....just glad the Bible tells me of God loved me so much that Jesus cared enough to die for me! So take care....
@787413 You know what else it says in the Bible. That all the souls that are going to reach salvation are predetermined. It's only like 137 thousand or something like that. How do you know your one of them. And if you are one of those souls you'll go to heaven no matter how you live. So why bother TRYING to get there.
Steve Jobs is immortal. He is one of those rare individuals whose life story will be the academic challenge of historic biographers. His company will be synonomous with innovation. Long live apple and the increadible products that were born there. Steve was a leader by example. His flesh and blood are gone, but his spirit is immortal!
An inventor, a Tom Edision, a Leonardo da Vinci, a Michaelangelo, an inspiration to all who have the need to soar to the sky with a thought, an idea, and actually put it into place. As someone said, "Only the Good Die Young"---Inspiration to all.
May he rest in peace, knowing how many loved him for his kindness, softness, and giving people who may never have known work, JOBS---
Every time we use our Apple Product, it will be the key to remembering him forever-- he will never be really "gone" from our hearts.
May you rest in peace now--the Fight with a rare Pancreatic Cancer is over. It will not ruin your life anymore.
He produced, with his computer, one of the most revolutionary products the world has ever known. It gave us more access to knowledge, information and power at our fingertips than you could ever dream of.
His possessed one of the greatest minds that has ever existed -- he contributed to the advancement and betterment of mankind.
Rob, I'm not sure if you are being sarcastic or truly want to know how to get to heaven. In case you truly want to know, the Bible says "Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved." You merely need to recognize that Jesus is the Son of God and that He came to earth to die on the cross to forgive the sins of the world. It is a free gift. However, we each need to personally accept His free gift of forgiveness and eternal life is yours. Once you accept Jesus into your life you will want to start living according to the teachings of the Bible and find a good church that teaches the Bible to encourage your growth in your new life.
Rob, you are a rare one indeed. Thanks for having the humility and honesty to admit the inappropriateness of your first comment and for the grace of your response to the flamethrowers. If only everyone in these forums used such decorum there might occasionally be some productive dialogue here.
As for Steve Jobs, even more than the technology he left us with, perhaps his greatest legacy is the example he lived on how to make the very most of his talents, opportunities... and even life's obstacles. On being fired from Apple in its early years - what most of us would have construed as a crushing betrayal - he used to rejuvenate his creativity. He wasted little on bitterness, also illustrated in how he faced his cancer. The headline to this sad news appropriately credited him with creating "elegance in tech." His elegance extended beyond tech.
Rob-787413 said, "..... I guess we can thank you for taking the moral High Road ...."
You don't have to thank me for anything. I don't mind at all calling out people who take advantage of a sad event such as this, as a soap-box for preaching their "love" ....... since you claim it isn't "hate".
And if it truly is only occasional "insensitivity", as you claim, then surely you have the ability to keep yourself away from articles & discussions in which your insensitive remarks could very easily cause additional hurt & distress. Just one example of this could be .... ohh .... let's say insinuating that a very recently dead person is now in Hell. If you're NOT able to keep yourself away from places not appropriate for your self-proclaimed insensitivity, you could at the very least prevent yourself from making comments within those places. You won't hurt ANYONE'S feelings if they don't know you're there.
A dead person's friends & family also have access to the internet, not just you. Although probably not real likely, it's still entirely possible that one of those people could read this very discussion. Is it your feeling that your words have no real meaning or purpose behind them? Are you insensitive enough to not give a crap how potentially hurtful your actions here could be to one of those above-mentioned people? Would you say the very same thing to one of those people in person, face-to-face? Or are you one of those who belief the internet is anonymous & not real, making it okay to do & say stuff that you wouldn't otherwise?
Lastly, about your "... taking the moral High Road ..." thing. Not at all. I just am NOT taking the same road as you choose to. The road which includes things such as this: ".... I wonder how he is "enjoying" his first night in Hell ....".
And even if I WERE attempting to exhibit higher morals than a low statement such as that carries with it ..... what's so bad about that? When did it become bad to try to be good? But either-or, nothing of that sort was my purpose. As with a great many users of the internet, proven by the speed of which comments like yours are collapsed by the community, I don't think it necessary, mature, enjoyable, or anything of that sort to constantly see a small percentage of other users seemingly going out of their way to be disrespectful.
And with that, I'm done with the conversation. Nothing I can say will truly affect this type of thing at all. Only the person who is guilty of doing it has the ability to change some of their "insensitivity".
As an Apple evangelist for the past 20yrs and after hearing of the loss of Steve Jobs I decided to flick through the cable news channels to see the coverage of this passing. Wall to wall coverage except when I got to Fox News, the dude that looks like Nathan Lane and two nitwits were talking about Sarah Palin. Talk about being out of touch.
Come on people...Rob-787413 is an idiot. Not too much you can do about it. Steve Jobs will be spoken in the same breath as alot of men and women in human history who left an indelible mark. His spirit lives on and he has left this world for a better place and it certainly isn't hell. Rob.
I'm no fan of Mac, nor own any iWhatever gadget. I'm firmly on Microsoft side of the divide. But admittedly, if not for competition from Mac, we'd be still running some sort of DOS on PCs instead of Windows.
It was Steve Jobs who first brought GUI to mainstream computing and kept constantly refining it, forcing Bill Gates to do the same to stay in the game.
After all the crap i read here. The media have had a tough job on trying to make Steve jobs some kind of innovator or something. What exactly did he do?
Ok he started a company. So many other computer companies came out the same or similar time.
Ok he got the ipad. There was the hewart packard tablets and other tablets around for years.
What exactly did he do that was so good?
He ran a business and now the stock is over valued
Lets just hope the people managing the 401k plans didnt buy at the wrong time. I know they did already.
The media really struggled to make him something. Why ? He name is synonymous with apples founding , that is a over priced computer and sadly over priced stock.
This reminds me of Albert Einstein. They blow him up as a poster boy but the reality is that alot more people did more then this guy did.
Sadly the incompetence and idiocy is promoted on tv because of the concentration of media ownership. His passing ment nothing for most of us.
It will be shown in the scheme of things he was just a business man thats all.
What is even worse the ipads are made in china. I cant even work out how the stock is worth that much.
Id love to have a window to see which funds with 401ks are risking the 401k money. Ok we had the GFC> whats next? Another bumble burst with another hit on the 401ks?
When a rich person dies all the a++ licking starts. Its friggen disgusting. Go at hard you bunch of A++ lickers.
Dusty, that's kinda rude. I mean, this was a human being and all you are concerned about is some electronic device that will end up in the trash some day when it breaks? Where are your priorities?
LOL. of course the 2nd thread is Asshatery *claps*
whatever. Mr Jobs lived the life we could only dream ... Finally the god(dess) has the chance to be first in line for the iPod5, as well as all the other evil inventions in his head.
If you don't have anything positive to say, just keep your mouth shut. Nobody wants to hear you complain about an electronic when someone is dead, Dusty.
"Race against time while hundreds of Steve Jobs come rushing at you. Armed with only a special gun that shoots Linux disks, you and you alone can save the world."
RIP Steve Jobs. You will be missed by not only the Apple fanatics, but also by those of us in the other camp. There's no denying what you've done for the world.
His illness was the reason for his retirement. His successor at Apple (Tim Cook) was hand-picked and groomed for the job for many years by Steve Jobs. The company is in good hands but the world lost a true visionary.
Only time will tell, but it is pretty clear from the timing of his retirement that he has known for sometime about when he would be leaving us, and has setup Tim Cook in as good a position to succeed into the future as possible.
Steve Jobs has left an amazing legacy....he handled his illness with determination and grace....pancreatic cancer and all cancers need more research and yes...government funding to end the countless deaths due to this disease....hopefully his estate...legacy with help to continue to fight the battle of cancer.......
@beaware - Very well put, and very true. I lost my 52 year-old husband to pancreatic cancer 4 years ago, it is a horrible and painful way to go - much private money is needed for research into this (and other) devastating cancer, especially since government funding keeps getting smaller and smaller - hopefully Mr. Jobs' estate will be kind to PC research. May he rest in peace.
What a loss the world has just suffered. Godspeed Steve. However, You have to admit that he was the embodiment of the American dream. What the people are currently protesting on Wall St and Capital Hill. They are protesting the American way of life. If Steve had lived in the Socialistic (take from the rich and give to the poor) society they are all demonstrating they wish to have, Steve Jobs would not have been the innovator he was. Herman Cain just stated yesterday the best summary I can imagine. "Instead of blaming the rich and successful, blame yourself for not being rich and successful". In America, we are all afforded the opportunity to be successful. They are protesting today demanding that we change this. That we enter into the dark tyrannical world of a more controlling, oppressing government and a socialistic economy. There's a reason America is the greatest nation on the planet and that reason is innovation inspired by capitalism and a "job well done". If Steve Jobs only made his "government approved share" of wages, he would NOT have had the resources to proceed the way he did. "Here's to the 100million dollar salary cap!"
So sad.......best wishes to all his family and the Apple Corporation.
You transformed our lives Steve. May you reach the destination you seek. You blessed us and God bless You.
Maybe now iphones will be available in heaven to communicate with us earthlings.
Angels on apples? What a vision!
AnaBanana, that would be cool.

Damn Cancer!!!!!
"Only the good die young."
iSad. :(
I seriously doubt SJ is going to Heaven for inventing the iphone. Mother Theresa will probably be there but SJ???
Farewell Steve. You made the world a better place with your vision and passion. You will be fondly remembered.
Such a shame--I think there must be something to Billy Joel's song because it seems as if "Only the good die young."
RIP Steve. Godspeed. The world is infintely better because you were in it.
Talk about a man who gave back. He was a great man and a tremendous leader in so many ways.
And, yet, another reason not to believe in gods. No reason whatsoever to take away from us people who've done so much good.
Thank you, Steve, thank you for making this a better world.

iPad 2...not just thinner, but a third thinner....as were you Steve at the time.....
R.I.P.
R.I.P. to a true American innovator and a shining representative of the Boomer generation !!
This is a REAL loss for human kind. RIP.
Goodbye to an insanely great innovator who changed our modern world...proudly typed on mac.
56... Wow... Dying is a terrible thing in the first place, but dying young is even worse.
My condolences to the Jobs family, Apple Corporation, and Apple fans.
Wow....my sincerest thanks to you Steve and Apple. Just to think of the places we've gone - the experiences we've had - the adventures yet to be written...all thanks to your vision and desire to take us along with you.
So young to die, so sad to hear of his death. Thank you for what you gave the world.
He was good at sales and figuring what would sell. My respect for dealing with cancer that long,
"He had a Dream" . Only the good die young ,56 holy cow he will be missed !
He had a great life I would gladly like to have had....even if it meant only living to 56...and I'm 59 now.
Truly a visionary and one for the history books!
R.I.P.
RIP Steve!
I hope you had a fantastic estate lawyer?! Obama and the rest of the Tax the Rich folks who live and breath MSNBC (Lowest Rated News Network) want your $$$$$$$$$$$$$ even though you've past on....
RIP Steve....
This is a great loss to Apple and the rest of the technology world. Jobs was a true visionary. Condolences to his family, RIP.
We Have Lost a true Visionary!
It takes brains & balls To be a man of the caliber of Steve Jobs ....
With a unceasing admiration for his constancy & devotion to his family, company, and country .... I bid Steve Jobs, a affectionate farewell ....
The Man -
I have always admired Steve Jobs, the study of Hinduism, The Buddha, LSD and other studies that did not fit he straight jacket of common academia. I am at a loss for my most heartfelt feelings - 56 to young much too young -

I am a windows guy, but Apple make some of the best electronics ever and Mr. Jobs was the catalyst. RIP Steve.
I'm depressed....since he was a Buddhist....I wonder how he is "enjoying" his first night in Hell..........so very sad!!!!!!!!!
In Hell there's no party going on......just weeping and gnashing of teeth...
Matthew 8:12
@Rob787413....You Sir are a heartless jerk! The American version of the Taliban!
All the money in the world and it doesn't matter...when it's your time, it's your time. Those of us that have our health should be thankful everyday.

I am out of time.
Dear David-296853
So take care....
i wouldn't have wanted to work for him but this guy really was something... a true innovator. where will Gates get all his ideas from now? lol.
that just blew me away when Apple's valuation exceeded Mobil/Exxon. it was symbolic I hope...
Amazing: Steve Jobs.
May you rest in peace, Mr. Jobs. Thank you for
He produced, with his computer, one of the most revolutionary products the world has ever known.
Sam:'
Thank you for a lovely commentary. I respect your divine devotion to Jesus as your G-d. You are fortunate.
Many of us do not believe in Jesus---
Many believe in their own G-d, go to different places to worship and pray..
Let us all think of each individual, and the spirituality which best suits them.
Have a great day.
Thank you, sir, for some really great tech, and for all of the employment that you created. You are going to be missed by many.
God bless.
RIP-SJ
As an Apple evangelist for the past 20yrs and after hearing of the loss of Steve Jobs I decided to flick through the cable news channels to see the coverage of this passing. Wall to wall coverage except when I got to Fox News, the dude that looks like Nathan Lane and two nitwits were talking about Sarah Palin. Talk about being out of touch.
I only hope that he died with Christ - in his spirit.
It was Steve Jobs who first brought GUI to mainstream computing and kept constantly refining it, forcing Bill Gates to do the same to stay in the game.
dubster- you made me laugh
Peace to you friend and everyone else as I appreciate the grace given to me by many of you
RIP- Steve Jobs
I hope apple doesn't use this as an excuse to delay iOS 5
That is a terrible thing to say when someone has passed away - the creator yet!
Dusty, that's kinda rude. I mean, this was a human being and all you are concerned about is some electronic device that will end up in the trash some day when it breaks? Where are your priorities?
get REAL!!
ur a douchebag.
Keep hoping there Dusty, you assclown.
My condolences to his friends and family.
Dusty - someone with your obvious self loathing is next in line buddy.
Gah. Not everyone liked Steve Jobs. Look all over the internet. They're already throwing up the memes about this.
Death is a part of life. Deal with it.
As for Steve Jobs tombstone, it'll read iDead. Heh.
LOL. of course the 2nd thread is Asshatery *claps*
whatever. Mr Jobs lived the life we could only dream ... Finally the god(dess) has the chance to be first in line for the iPod5, as well as all the other evil inventions in his head.
Fair winds, Mr Jobs. Fair winds and good signal.
for you and your family.
Guess at Apple, there will be a new....
*puts on sunglasses*
Jobs opening.
YEEEAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!.
Heh.
If you don't have anything positive to say, just keep your mouth shut. Nobody wants to hear you complain about an electronic when someone is dead, Dusty.
I wonder if he had an app for that?
Bring on the Steve Jobs Zombie app!
"Race against time while hundreds of Steve Jobs come rushing at you. Armed with only a special gun that shoots Linux disks, you and you alone can save the world."
@DaveT
"We won't get fooled agaiiin."
r.i.p.
OMG!!!
The end of an era.
A legend has passed. A brilliant, forward looking man.
You said it perfectly. RIP Mr Jobs.
RIP Steve Jobs. You will be missed by not only the Apple fanatics, but also by those of us in the other camp. There's no denying what you've done for the world.
We lost one of the great ones today. Peace and love to his family.
America's life expectancy has dropped..R.I.P.
to bad, he was a visionary. although it was short, he had a wonderful life!
OMG. He only just retired. Wasn't he the main creative force in the company? What does the future hold for Apple now?
I think this was why he retired. Big shoes to fill.
Truly sad. My condolences to his family during this difficult time.
RIP Mr. Jobs. Thanks for helping the world evolve.
Sad - way to young to die so much more living to do - RIP Steve!
TOO young
A loss for the world. Condolences to his loved ones.
Indeed.
I for one thank Steve Jobs for understanding people as well as he understood technology. Our Edison, for sure.
RIP.
RIP Steve Jobs... you were awesome in designing so many cool tech stuff for apple.
My Condolences
R.I.P. A great man will be missed.
Steve Jobs has left an amazing legacy....he handled his illness with determination and grace....pancreatic cancer and all cancers need more research and yes...government funding to end the countless deaths due to this disease....hopefully his estate...legacy with help to continue to fight the battle of cancer.......
Yes more money to find the cure for cancers..pancreatic cancer one of the hardest to deal with.
Just heard on TV, less that 10% survial rate for pancreatic cancer. Evil disease, must find a cure.
That's hilarious, Steph. "PC" research.
A true visionary and thank God for his visions. His glimpses of the future and its possibilities will make it a brighter one for all of us.
Rest in peace Steve, you were a class act.
He invented our world. RIP. God Bless.
Great visionary. Rest in peace.
Thank you for your life's work, Steve. (sent from my iMac)
What a brilliant man!!! He will be missed...Very sad to hear...
So sad. The guy was a true genius, one of the most innovative businessmen of our time. Condolences to his friends and family
End of an era and the passing of an age. Rest in peace, Steve, and thanks for all the cool stuff!
RIP Steve Jobs. Thank you for your contribution to our generation and tomorrows.
Visionary man! Thanks for everything and may you rest in peace
I am really sorry to hear this news. What a great mind. Best wishes to his family and friends. 56 what a shame....
