I planned to retire in 2 years. Obama, you have single-handedly destroyed those plans. And sending trillions in aid to Afganistan, Africa, Iraq, S Korea, etc etc etc will only make it worse. I just hope you make one of those countries really nice...maybe I will be able to afford life in one of them. Are we sending them free commodity cheese? I really like cheese. Haven't had it for a long time now. You see, I work for a living.
It just amazes me how people can blame Obama for the gw"traitor"bush screw up of the economy. It was that dumbass bush who screwed up the economy and not Obama.

You need to go back to the Clinton years (of even further, Carter) for the start of this economic mess. He signed the bill that people with little or no money should be entitled to own homes they could not afford.
As for GW, no he wasn't the conservative he needed to be. But with Congress controlled by Dems the last few years of his presidency, more specifically the likes of Pelosi, Reid, and Franks, we had no where to go but down.
Instead of looking for whom to blame, the members of Congress should be looking at what is best for the entire country and not just at throwing more money at a problem or at only particular groups. Do not kid yourself into believing that you will not see any form of a tax increase if you are a regular working class citizen.
Also, think about this. If indeed this problem was caused by Repubs, where is the investigation by the Dems? They have control and can end this agruement with an investigation. They know it will come right back to them and that's why there isn't one!
Where's the plan that was going to start working this summer? Now it's a 2 year plan. So far this plan looks like nothing more than political payback, particularly to certain organizations.
It seems to me that this plan has scared many people. Nobody knows what the ultimate cost to their pocketbook/paycheck is going to be when we have to start paying for all this. I have no interest in spending on my fixed income because I know taxes will be going up. Even if the Fed gov't says they won't raise taxes except on the very wealthy, states will end up raising them on everyone to make up for lower revenue from the Feds.
This administration is certainly talking out both sides of their mouth, and a few other places.
Out one side they are saying it is going as planned. Americans just need to be patient. It's a two year plan.
Out the other side they are saying they underestimated the magnitude of the problem. They may have to spend more.
Out their backside they are still saying it won't cost Americans, except the filthy rich, a dime.
And, on top of all that, they continue to work on more tax and spend plans via Cap and Trade and Health Care Reform.
Your grand children will still be paying off I and II. These are trillions of dollars that are borrowed from Red China. Think about it, your grand children will be paying long after your dead and buried.
Now are battle is to stop this socialism that has swept up the Democrat party.
If we dont get control of the "change boy" we are not going to ever retirer!!!!!!!
We the people urge Obama to get a clue on what he is doing and for the rest of the people in this country to stop allowing it to continue!!!!! This is not land of the Obama it is the greatest land, The United States of America! One Nation! Under God!!!!
