With some nifty financial moves, "The Donald" has managed to still say that he has never had to file for bancruptcy --- personally. However his business have done so at least three times. Suppliers, creditors and perhaps employees are shortchanged. Meanwhile, Trump himself skates away clean. He doesn't have the courage or moral fibre to infuse his own cash and take care of those wiped out. He could be the poster boy for greed and what is wrong in the U.S.A. with regard to business. Disgusting. As far as character is concerned, "You're fired".

Somebody explain to me why trump and other companies like his can file bk so soon and so easy while the everyday citizens are having difficulty filing with the new rules thanks to the credit card companies and bank of america paying off politicians to institute a new policy for average joe to file.
I thought you had to wait 7 years to file for bankrupsy after your last bankrupsy is disolved. Trump entertainment hasn't waited long enough its only been 4 years. Trump should have to file bankrupsy too.
We should all boycott his new season of the Celebrity apprentice. Maybe the networks will drop it. He doesn't deserve a show about business.

Trump was NEVER a self made millionaire as he keeps boastfully claiming. He was born into wealth like Paris Hilton and used daddy's inheritance and his name to bloat himself up. His wife Ivanka made him lots of money. Ever read the "Trumped!" by John O'Donnell? You don't have to, Donald's history online sheds light on his false claims if not his track record.
Who cares right? Everytime someone files for Bankruptcy...You pay. Money has to come from somewhere...hope it gets thrown out. Citizens of that state should write their representatives and have it denied.

He has next to nothing to do with the three casinos involved in the Chapter 11 bancruptcy filings. The company now running them never changed the name when it bought the properties years ago, they only use the name Trump. Donald Trump may take legal action to have his name removed from the operation.
